We have had enough of trolls, hate speeches and personal attacks in this forum. We have handled it in a very friendly way after all. If I was the moderator, I would have taken actions way earlier and stronger. Just like all other forums does.

The guidelines about the forum policy I’ve got from China is to be very tolerate with the posts/users.
Not sure if every mod has the same set of instructions.

Just found new UploadVR article about CES with clear one-sided narrative.
Virtually all delight. They should change their domain name to Facebook VR NEWS

Hehe no offense man, Im just saying they should not take things out of context from a youtube video and make it a headline without double-checking facts. This is destructive management and could hurt any company. Media can make rumors which is fine, but this is not described as a rumor. It clearly includes false claims. They could have contacted us about it. But they dont want to. They want headlines. Go ahead, but not at our cost.

Firstly I’d suggest consider the immediate context you’re in. Consider what you have written in your professional role and that you’re criticising the deletion of it prior to any deletion at all.
Secondly, you can’t just pretend it’s only personal attacks and hate speech that is removed from this forum and be taken seriously. Many times fair criticism of pimax is deleted and hidden away. One person in particular deletes whatever doesn’t fit his mood in the moment.

You could make a new thread regarding the other issue.

Never had wide FOV make me sick, certainly not the slightest bit more so than older narrow FOV.
UploadVR article also didn’t seem to call any attention to the improvements in clarity, FOV, and lack of diffraction patterns most of the AR headsets showed at CES this year, compared to last.

I think this was professionally put, seems some of their users didn’t like it.
The comments section is certainly an interesting read. Seems most of their users are quick to defend the outlets negativity towards Pimax, but don’t like it when others raise negativity to their one-sided reporting on said product…

My frustration in the past was born thanks to one single guy and his agenda in this forum. Luckily he is not here anymore. This guy had the potential to mentally drive any person to insanity.

Martin replied explaining why it is not accurate, but that is not the point, UploadVR has the right to publish the news as it understands, then rectify it as soon as new information arrives, etc… Like any others.
But if you publish only criticism and only negative facts, and you forget important positive events such as new products or prestigious awards, then we have a problem. The subordination towards Oculus and the hostility towards Pimax are really very obvious, let’s not fool ourselves by denying them…
