There is maybe to much noise cancellation?

Somebody else got this too?

I have gotten this as well, not sure. I just sortof boost it and hope it works.

That sounds like a hardware defect. I’d suggest contacting Pimax Support.

that boost option is not in my menu only the microphone slider

As already suggested I would contact Pimax support. In my case, the issue was checked by Pimax support via Teamviewer. Currently I’m waiting for the tracking number of the replacement. Keep my fingers crossed that Pimax cares quickly about your problem.

Check steam settings(i haven’t verified) but steam has mic options as well.

I reported this issue long ago to support, they were like I didnt know what I was talking about…
But since I upgraded to PCIe USB card I no longer have the issue.

Have you checked Steam settings? (Not steamvr) there is mic setting there as well.

if i push the menu button i can set the audio in the open advanced vr settings,but it is at 100%

Will need to boot my gaming pc. The microphone setting was in steam desktop ap. But openvr might be accessing this. It’s among the settings menu with the options for managing steam library folders etc.

It’s in the SteamVR window -> Settings -> Audio tab.
