I have had these weird things happen too. I do not think it is a problem with the headset, I noticed it only happens if I do not wipe all settings when updating.

I will have to check my settings. I believe this is the better setting if you are running 6000-6400mt/s speeds.

Is there anyway I can copy the new galaxy to the 1.4 version? Not the home, but the galaxy when you hit the menu button. The bronze color one is WAY cooler than the blue one lol

The white flicker still occurs, I can’t pinpoint if its one eye or the other as it happens infrequently. Just to point out, it is not the whole screen its random strips across the view.

Hello, I have the CS Micro OLED on a RTX 5090. I installed the the 1.43.9 and still unable to Calibrate Eye-Tracking. Also while in 90hz mode the headset will NOT connect to server, keeps attempting to connect and then disconnect in an infinite loop. RIG SETUP: Intel(R) Coreā„¢ Ultra 9 285K (3.70 GHz), RAM 64,0 GB, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 (31 GB), MOBO ROG STRIX Z890-F GAMING WIFI, PSU ROG-STRIX-1200P-GAMING.

Sometime my Crystal Light goes completely black, after a few seconds it comes back. Happens in DCS.

How many monitors are plugged into your GPU? Historically your issue has been caused by exceeding the GPU pixel fill rate with too many monitors at high resolution and high refresh rates. Try disconnecting a monitor and retry 90Hz on the crystal.

Seems like headset goes into screen-off mode, it could be that the p-sensor isn’t detecting any movement.

I posted the same issue in the 2.0 Beta thread. It actually occurs in other sims as well. Perhaps an issue with the firmware update?

Is the headset completely disconnected, or is the screen simply enters screen off mode?

Pretty sure it’s just screen off. Lasts about 10-30 seconds and then back on again. This only started after I installed the 2.0 beta and updated the firmware. Before that headset was rock solid.

I have been getting the same issues ever since updating firmware to .13, the screen and my monitor would just go black for a few seconds and come back on, almost like it restarts because I hear the headset disconnect and reconnect. All USB are set to not do that in device manager.

I am having the same problem with my new micro oled. I only have 1 screen connected, so thats not the issue.

My headset keeps going screen off, then disconnecting, then reconnecting. This happens maybe 2 or 3 times before generally settling down.

I am on the 1.43.9 version.

I’ve been experiencing the same issue recently with the micro-OLED on firmware 1.13. For me, it shows up much faster under high CPU and GPU load — for example in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 with PiPlay image quality set to 1.5, it happens pretty quickly.

At first I suspected a connection issue, but with the 1.14 firmware (50 PPD module) I don’t get this behavior at all.

When Quorra asked whether it’s a full disconnect or just screen off — in my case it’s definitely just screen off.

As a workaround, I increased the screen timeout from 20 seconds to 20 minutes, and the issue completely disappeared. Now I’ve set it to 1 minute and it still seems stable.

My guess is that the sensor data (head detection) sometimes doesn’t reach the driver in time under heavy load, so the headset briefly thinks it’s not being worn. Increasing the timeout gives it enough time to receive that signal at least once, which prevents the screen from turning off.

Could you please file a support ticket and attach the log files? This will allow our developers to investigate what is causing the headset to enter screen-off mode unexpectedly, even when movement is detected.
