Do you mean turn off my controllers or there’s a setting called “pimax controller”?
Support tickets are not displayed in the chat function. They will become visible after switching between Evo and Classic modes.
Have you tried clean install?

You can install the 2.0.2, but it will overwrite the EVO.
Yes, I tried everything.
After restarting the system and all possible attempts, it finally worked, this is not the first time I’ve encountered this, the last Pimax Play 2 installations did it too.

A toggle-able audio warning for when you start and stop video recording please
When playing in VR it would be nice to have a warning sound so that you know you made the correct keypress to start and stop recording!

has been mentioned above but can we please have cropping option allow 0% minimum not 5%.
Absolutely appreciate the option which now means I can stop using xrtoolkit but really need the option to only crop vertical and not horizontal.
I’ve noticed also that if i go to the “fine adjustment” option the image gets smaller again even without altering anything, like its reducing size by 5% twice. (this is only from looking at the preview image, so not necessarily happing in game)

Just a question… maybe I am to blind.
WHere can I set game specific settings in EVO? I play IL-2 and DCS with different resolurions. It always bothers me, that I have to start IL-2 via this button in classic PP.
It seems that otherwise the settings for costom resolution are not applied.
At the moment, you can only do this by switching back to Classic Pimax Play. However, the next build should have the profile settings implemented.

- Pimax own OpenVR DFR works fine with CustomHeadsetOpenVR (I added support for it last month). I think the confusion comes from Pimax EVO not showing the option.
