i will roll back to that version and give it a try. hopefully it works
i have not gotten the prompt in pimax play to update the headset firmware, and i have also booted up the headset to double check that the application is not there as well. im still stuck on beta 0.9.0 reported by the headset or firmware 1.3.0_au0531 per pimax play. not sure how its reporting 2 different versions. Just in case i typed it wrong you can reach out to verify the headset serial number.
Which Pimax Play version you have installed?

I tried replying to your DM and never heard back from you. I still have had no luck getting the beta program to load the beta software to the headset since it is still not giving the option.

Its been a month since you said we’d get an update soon, any chance we’ll get an update on when the 60g will show up? I paid for it over a year ago…

I pre-ordered the Pimax 60G Airline when it first showed up on the website at the end of 2024, and till now there has been no more update after the email that was sent out a while back. How long do we need to wait for the unit to come out, thinking of getting a refund? Or any news on this product?

@PimaxQuorra we have been waiting for an update that was promised soon and it’s been almost 4 months and no new update. I know your busy but we would really like an update if possible.

what’s the point now though?, The og Crystal is the only product that can use it, and that headset is old news now. unless you plan on actually releasing that external battery/xr2 puck to plug the dream air into .

You keep saying you’ll provide an update soon or ask the developers about it but when it actually comes down to doing that, these promices are nowhere to be seen
It seems to me like this is just a constant stringing along of vague carry ons because I’m guessing pimax only cares about their current paying customers ie: people who are buying the dream air

If had ordered this I would just get a refund. It seems pointless waiting for a release. Get your money back while you can.
