I got a new crystal super just before Xmas. Unfortunately the unit had a faulty left speaker.
I packed up the device and contacted support in December and created a support message and asked how I could return the device. I had a couple of replies telling me how someone would ill be in touch and it is now weeks later and I have now been ghosted.
I can’t get anyone to respond and I am stuck with a faulty device and just want out of this nightmare.
Has anyone else experienced such poor support and is this normal to expect from Pimax? I am starting to feel I am getting scammed iout of getting a refund and don’t know where to turn for help.
