That’s kinda worrying considering that most package centers only keep things for 2 weeks before they either send it back (at a cost) or dispose of it. Without a tracking number there will be cases where people won’t know there’s a package to collect. It happened to me a month ago (another company). Luckily it was sent back, but added another month of delay.
