To be fair I donā€™t expect much for the 2.5M amount, they canā€™t give away 30-40% of the cost of the 500$ headset in accessories in just the stretch goals, least I imagine they canā€™t

But a flexible coupon would be great, Iā€™m likely going to be added a base station for 75$ + 10$ if thats what it is just so I have 1

You dont have that with other HMD that can add function over timeā€¦this on its own is already worth the price.

a modular HMDā€¦maybe it will become the normā€¦

pimax is surely raising the bar HIGH for future HMD.

They will absolutely make it. Just wait until Monday after the NY reviews of the V3 headset come out. All those fence sitters will clamber to get one. as of right now they sit less than 100K shy of the $2.5M goal. they have been getting 100k per day for the last few days.
