My Crystal Super recently became unusable, so I requested technical help, which was very good.
The problem was eventually traced to Pimax Play and firmware, both of which needed updating.
However, I regularly check for updates and I am always advised by Pimax Play that no updates are available - so why even offer a “check for updates” facility, if it does not identify when updates are available?
This particular update required full uninstallation of Pimax Play, before the next version could be loaded.
So why can’t Pimax Play identify both the need for an update and the type of update required? Thought may be needed on how to give instructions for uninstallation/reinstallation, but it would certainly make the “check for updates” very much more useful.
