I have a Pimax Crystal Light and two second-generation Valve stations. The tracking quality is very smooth, but sometimes tracking is disabled with the sound of a USB device being disconnected. I know that Valve’s external stations are connected via a virtual USB channel, and this cannot be due to poor operation of the USB ports. Besides, switching to internal tracking solves the problem. USB power saving is disabled.
I have tried different versions of Pimax Play, different versions and builds of Windows, the result is the same.
What could be the problem? I have a suspicion that the front panel is not working properly
