@Heliosurge I explained to pimax about my situation and the Y Connector I used, and they don’t seem to understand why I used the Y connector they said I should be buying a 5 V 2 A USB hub.Does that make much sense to you? Shouldn’t I get the same thing out of A Y connector?

It doesn’t. Nor does suggesting to buy the powered hub due to a design flaw.
The Y cable can provide the extra power if it is power delivery.
