Why nothing is properly arranged and shipped in order, that people who have long since accepted the headset I am #383 in line and no Tracking Number and #5xx get its headset I don’t get it… No answers in feedback

Was #5xx an 8K headset?Because there was a shortage of parts for the 5K so they just continued with the 8k production and then came back to the 5k backers.
After the tracking from China mess they have stopped sending the initial tracking to people only once it is in country and shipped to you. As to why other backers are getting them first it depends on your country/customs/shipping warehouse to when it will get to you. People closer to China seem to get each batch first and the rest move on from there. It seems that the US is the last and one of the slower stops. If you are 383 you should feel good that you know your headset has shipped and many backers are getting their headset before they get tracking numbers.

You should keep in mind a couple of things.
- some countries are much more difficult to ship to than others and 2) they are no longer providing tracking numbers on the first stage of delivery. Once the devices hit the local warehouse in your country they are providing tracking.

I think it up to zoning, may some zone has a warehouse and can ship fast and then they ship from warehouse to other country after that and use more time.
I am 353, still not get tracking too, but I see that other be same.

Pimax are shipping to uk in batches, then on to lots of different countries which also each have their own procedures for clearing customs.
It is impossible to send a batch out & have them arrive in different countries in a perfect backer order.

I think Pimax, to be fair, should ship the headsets one at a time and then wait for the receiver to confirm receiving it before sending the next. That way we can be sure everyone gets them exactly in backer order.

Hey bubbleball… I’m one backer number in front of you… I didn’t get a tracking number from Pimax but from the postal service I see yesterday my Pimax was assigned one and waiting for delivery. Looks like Pimax stopped giving out the tracking number.
I think US will get faster than Thailand, lol.
Someone in batch 2 just get their headset, I think they skip some area in the first and second batch for save the shipping cost. Hope that they will not skip some people in the latest batch.

I would be more worried about Thailand post handling it 
I remember every time family tried to send Items to me the post service would hold the items for no good reason then demand money FEDEX is fine though
fedex, dhl may get custom for sure, lol. When I buy nolo vr, it not get custom because they send by ship and use thai postal later. Still not sure for pimax.
