Hope im pleasantly surprised, don’t want to postpone my vr house party again, it was meant to be early this year and then postponed several times due to covid19 and you know pimax estimates.

It’s the principle of it. People who have been waiting for years and having been let down so many times deserve better. I said the same thing last time too.

More than half of the recent X packages went to a freight forwarder rather than FedEx. FedEx is still also being used alongside but on some of the addresses the team had some considerable difficulty getting them to accept.
Good news is a lot of X units just passed through customs to the NA FF warehouse and can be quickly shipped locally. So many of the NA shipments for those waiting in the region that don’t have a tracking number will begin originating locally and be far faster.

They are currently mostly stored in California.

Why are they stored in California when Pimax could’ve directly shipped them to each individual?

“shipping is well” and “why isn’t it shipping?”.There is no causal relationship between the two.
There are people who are anxious to find out that their orders have not been shipped. But the people with the order number behind them have received them. Only Pimax knows why.
If Pimax sends out a shipment every business day and the number averages over 50, there are two possible reasons
A. It has not been shipped according to the order list.
In this case, there is a serious flaw in the logistics of running and auditing the shipping list.
B. A problem was found and I was taken off the shipping list.
In this case, there is a serious flaw or delay in the system to fix the problematic order and put it back in the shipping list queue.
In either case, the frequency or number of 8KX shipments has nothing to do with the problem.
There are two answers that the people speaking out want to know.
- why are they not being shipped?
- when will it arrive?
is. However, Pimax only responded that it is “confident that it will be shipped by the end of September”.
Why? We applied early and paid a lot of money, with high expectations, so why? Will they put off my order? Pimax hasn’t answered.
People’s fears will not go away until they are shown why they are not being shipped in order and how to remedy the situation.
There are many factors that come into play in logistics. The first thing to be protected is the safe delivery of the complete product to the customer.
I would imagine that the shipment will not be as per the order number for multiple reasons, such as bulk delivery by region and negotiating with the delivery company (and of course, trouble).
"The whole “wait a few weeks and you’ll get it” thing is too general.

And yet they are not being shipped. I’m in Canada still waiting for my pre-order. If my headset doesn’t ship before the end of this month, will you apologize for getting it wrong?
