I read somewhere this is possible. If you use your own headphones you would have to buy a y adapter.
I hope they did like they did on the Quest.
Stereo jack sockets on both sides so it’s just the male plugs that have negative and either left or right positive wired.
Maybe @mirage335 knows as he has an early unit…

Are you saying you only have to plug in to one and get stereo on the quest?
I would think the 8KX has the same single stereo mini jack on the left like other Pimaxs.
The headphone jacks on the Pimax’s are dual channel on the left and right only on the right, so if you are using your own headphones you just use the left jack.

I’ve been thinking of testing out the oculus quest in ear headphones when my 8KX arrives. It seems like it would work.
This NOT FINAL 8kX unit does indeed have two standard TRS audio connectors, one on either side.
