I think this what they are doing because of the survey monkey drama . This was their reason for a lot of UK backers still waiting for headsets that they already have in the country and ready to ship . So all remaining UK backers should get tracking numbers this week .

Same here, still nothing. Really would love an explanation as to how it’s taking this long to hand over a box with an address.

Mine is on the way to overseas warehouse for more than a month, those sailor are taking their sweet time.

@PimaxUSA Any chance you could chase this up for us again, please? Seems when you did last week, we saw a small amount of activity with a few getting tracking, but it’s since been another week of silence for us in the UK/EU. Thank you.

3,709 and spreadsheet status is still shipping. I know it will get here eventually (just like the Vive pre-orders were painful to start) but a little more of a timeline would be nice

Looks like things are starting to move again this week. We have notice of 1 NL user gettings tracking notification this morning.

The ā€˜warehouse’ in the UK is nothing to do with Pimax so they wont have a clue whats going on there. I suspect they are as frustrated as us. It does seem like they are sticking labels on the boxes - maybe 2 or 3 a day?

No Pimax are in control of who gets what and when , otherwise they would not have been able to suddenly divert headsets as fast replacements a few weeks ago

That was at a time when there were only limited number arriving at the forwarder. They just changed the destination of a small number before they arrived in UK.

This time there is a lot of HMDs there (arpparently all reguired for the region). Maybe they could ask them politely to do it in a specific order but I think the forwarder will do it in whatever order they feel like. It might be that the most recently arrive boxes are just the ones at the front and those are the ones they are doing first.

Maybe the amount Pimax are paying them means that they only allocate a small amount of time every day to process them - this is all speculation, who knows. It does seem ridiculous that they have been there for weeks without being processed already, after all, only a tiny % of them had address problems.

I don’t believe any box has a destination before it arrives at the forwarder, they are shipped in bulk. Pimax then sends them the info which box goes where. We all know how the statement that the forwarder has all the info before CNY has turned out.

Maybe it’s pimax telling them to send in backer order then pre-orders order then a new order for replacements all at the same time and they can only really sort things in Alphabetical order , poor poor freight forwarders all confused

Yes - I have to agree with you there - it does seem that way. Helio did suggest that some people got their HMDs during CNY but I bet these were ones which were sorted out before the break (e.g. given to DPD on Friday)

I’m sure we will see lots of movement this week now everyone is back at work. I can’t wait to get my headset. DPD have been shipping next day in the U.K.

You’re right, it was mostly US and Canada during CNY with a significant trail off at the end.
