If it was purchased through Allip it was established they broke agreement. @tomohm had purchased one awhile ago after the korean seller was confirmed. Interestingly it looked like Allip used a work around as these were only supposed to be sold to businesses. I think he said he bought it off Allip whom had it sent to a business to send/sell to him. His was part of a 200 peice run that pimax had said they produced.

Quick question man.
Whats the best way to go about making a support ticket for the dead pixel on my unit?
Click “support” at the top and select the “Bug” option?
I took some pictures of the pixel but they are not great, it’s very hard.

I think that sounds about right (haven’t submitted a ticket).
Include pictures.
For dead/stuck pixel. Picture this may help to get a clearer picture. A good 
can also make it easier as both hesdset & camera can set flat (think @sweviver mentioned this)
Ensure PiHome turned off.
In pimax\resources ditectory (think have right dir) there is a file called default.jpg replace this with a solid colored pic that shows dead/stuck pixel.
Restart pitool. Do not run steamvr. Headset should show you 1 color pic.

Honestly I’m furious that uk preorders are getting them before almost half of the UK backers have, despite pimax assurance all backers would get them first. It’s insane and unforgivable.
How can anybody us stand for this? Patience is one thing but this is just an absolute snub to those of us who backed them and made this all possible with our support.

I think the survey monkey was not secure and anybody could log on with our backer numbers and change delivery address . There are backers on reddit who received tracking numbers but there headset has been sent to the wrong location . So now Pimax have to verify every single remaining backer manually by cross referencing their kickstarter information .

Any programmer with moderate skills can match both sets against each other within a few hours. Knocking out 90% that way should be easy.
Funny thing is that when I was browsing through Kickstarter the other day, I found out that allowing modification of the survey is actually possible.

Don’t need you to prove it as already conceited that some regions are having pre orders received prior to backers in the same region. That being said have tagged something like 4 
backers min today. Too bad most to none of them were ones complaining in the complaint topic. But good things often come. Maybe yours is close.
