@anon74848233, with the amount of faulty units popping out, something tells me that QA is either being completely skipped or you are just randomly sample checking hence why faulty HMD are being shipped.
I’m not sure what’s the defect rate as I couldn’t see any indication that some HMD produced have been rejected. Would you be able to comment and shed some light on the quality checks and the next steps to help avoid faulty headset shipped
