I have a problem updating the Pimax Cristal Light to version 1.43.9. The Openxr libraries of Pimax no longer feed me when I get the game, now I can only play if I select the steamVR libraries. Besides, I heard a buzzing sound on the right speaker of my glasses every now and then . I made a ticket but it takes them to get there, I need a solution. After updating to version 1.43.9, I also asked to update the firmware. The case that used to be with version 1.43.3 is amazing and now suddenly after updating has stopped working with the Pimax libraries. I have been asked to upgrade to Pimax Play beta 2.0, I did it but still have the same problem. I have deleted and uninstalled everything from Pimax and reinstalled as if it were all new, but there is no way, with the libraries of Pimax always gets wrong. I don’t know if it can be a problem with the software or new firmware that hasn’t been updated properly. As I say, I have issued a ticket and am waiting for solutions.
Can anyone give me an idea or something I can prove?

Also say that when the firmware was updated, the actualization window disappeared from Windows when it was little left, and I do not start the Pimax program after the update, so I think there is something about the firmware that has not turned up well.

My experience with having to update the firmware is a bit weird. It seems to happen in two stages and for me, I had to start always twice the firmware update. Just like you mentioned when doing the firmware update (the first stage) it makes the window disappear and this is about at 50% of the progress. I always had to start the firmware update a second time (second stage) to make it all work normal again. You can actually see that with the second time running the first 50% are done in a second or two and then the remaining % progress continues.
Maybe this is the case for you now as well?
At least with everything I read in here about 2.0 and 1.43.9, I will stay on 1.43.7 for a while. I would hate to brick my setup.
Thank you Jinxy, but the problem is that I don’t have the firmware file to be able to do it. To see if someone from technical support can respond to me and make it easier for me
