Hi guys, one quesiton: i love my 8KX (even if after daily use since i bought it the soft touch paint on the outside is getting sticky) but i’m thinking to step up on the Crystal Super Ultrawide (even if the fov isn’t the same, and i’m worried about it since i’m a simracing and i need lot of peripheral view). Is the trade-in program for the 8KX still available? if yes, how it works and how it applies? is there a tutorial somewhere? in Pimax store site there is a trade in program but not for pimax products, only for other brands, hence why i’m asking here. Do you think waiting for 12k release is still unrealistic? i mean i would wait a year or so, but not like some years. Thank you in advance! have a nice day. Diego

Definitely will keep my eye out for this. I can’t upgrade my graphics driver at the moment if I wanna use my 8KX. Not great. 
Try getting one, then have to go through 3 of them(all with there own issues the moment you get them), And they still don’t work, Then want to try again just for the driver issue since 566.36.
have not been able to use my headset at all…still brand new….
still using my 5K from march 2019….(still kicking and my fav headset still)
we where suppose to get the 12K in 2024, has not happened.
not sure what trade can be done(wanted to use it for super, denied).
whatever, guess the next headset is AIR now.
