I don’t know where else I can write to get an answer ? I wrote 3 times to Pimax ask them to change my April 3rd order (PM5157791) from Pimax Super to Pimax Super Ultraview ( 140 Fov). I wrote message @ webpage chat , @ pimaxplay chat and also direct email to pimax support. I got 0 answers during couple days ( 6 or 7).
Also no one communicated with me about delivery times that was my 2nd question.
Thank you Pimax for you improved support. If you send me the original order will send it back.
got fedup waiting and asked for a refund on money i sent back in 2017 as a backer.
(put 110$ back then for their accessories just in case, which never amount to anything, and is now 143.76$ USD in todays currency).
and once they noticed it, they tried to come up with something random on a refund i had done on my 8KX(it had no correlation, Was not even the same amount either refunded. had a refund on the shipping i had to pay back then), and once i called their lies(trying to wiggle out not refunding me the money i sent back then).
Did you try raising their attention on the Discord? This forum is pretty quiet nowadays, so they don’t care about poor PR in here; I could imagine they might react more if you expose their lack of response in a place with greater spotlight to it.
It’s strange Pimax pay so much for a few days at CES and then completely throw in the towel when it comes to the OpenMR Forum.
It’s like they’ve given up.
But in reality they were never in the First Person Arena which is where I’m at and they dropped the ball when it comes to Ultra Wide FoV which is where I’m also at. This middle ground is not on my to do list.
Pimax should cut loose allow some one else to take over this Forum.
