They just removed the Paypal option. The credit card option still did not work for me.

It said that this cost for âdepositâ, That mean we canât buy separately really?
I understand that it is special price for buy with 5k+ or 8k
Because the kickstarter price is $150 (base station) + $200 (2 controllers) = $350
So this set is cheaper, but it can be acceptable while we paid more for 5k+ and 8k (so 5k+ has value about $649 if we buy the full set).
I understand that $100 coupon cantâ be used with base station too (from other topic), so no comparision about those price. But I am not sure about backer who buy them separately on kickstarter campaign.
And 5k+ will become $999 (beautiful number).
@deletedpimaxrep1 Can you clarify about the price of this set, it will be increased if we want to buy them separately? I donât mind if pimax will sell this set for $300 only because it will be great for consumer.
Or I recomend that you should have another bundle set for full pack instead (It said that âdepositâ while there is the cart icon which looking we can buy it separately, except you alert that the buyer have to has the main set in the cart). @Sean.Huang

Pimax 8K is more expensive to build, so it costs more. Those who have chosen it (like me) must accept this fact.
A gold screwdriver is not necessarily better than a steel screwdriver, but it costs significantly more. A big truck costs more than a sports car. Which one would you buy?

Along with alipay and typical Credit Card payment method.

Some bad feedback on this on big public sites like RoadToVr, so far only in comments section, but this is gonna hurt company image furtherâŚ
I guess Pimax got forced into this rushed action by their investors, other than that, I cannot see any reason to do this action on their own will so unprepared.
I wouldnât want to be in that web developers shoes. Potential planned sales were quite big and he is trying to make it work on public site on the fly and it just keeps falling apart. He must have nerves of steel or doesnât care, who knows

I will not pre-order for the same reason I left the kick starter pledge: Pimax is not a professional company (yet) and I would not have a good feeling (yet) about purchasing a Pimax product at this price when it comes to quality and service. I just donât find them very reliable.
Also, I would like to wait for a genuine second gen hmd with eye tracking. But great to see Pimax made it, did not expect that tbh.

@deletedpimaxrep1 @Pimax-Support will EU preorder customers be charged import duty and VAT or are you shipping to an EU hub? It changes the price by 20%. Donât you think itâs kind of important to tell people.

Hi, the import duty and VAT are included in the transportation expense now on the Pimax pre-preorder website. However, the import duty and VAT and the transportation expense are paid separately in the later pre-order event.
