After installing EVO, the CRYSTAL Super keeps on rebooting LH mode finally works, but the screen is black and .. 0 Rebooting the HMD did not help. When I had uninstalled EVO and performed the clean reinstallation of PP 2 0 2 all worked flawlessly. I know it is beta, but still..?
I’ll ask our developers to investigate this and try to reproduce the issue on their end.
Also please check if the “Open port” is enabled.
Same for me. live support told me to uninstall Pimax play and EVO. Ticket support told me to uncheck “developer mode” in EVO or uninstall and reinstall everything. I ended up just re-installing everything it it works now.

Moi de même j’ai eu le même problèmes après avoir installé EVO j’ai le Pimax super 50ppd le casque me fait écran noir alors qu’il est détecté dans EVO , j’ai désinstallé EVO et re installé Pimax play ça fonctionne 2.2 quand Pimax vous allez nous faire des nouveautés qui fonctionne je sais c’est une version Béta mais quand même vous nous faite perdre temps !!! le temps qu’ont cherche désinstalle re installe
When you have the EVO installed, the “OpenPort” is enabled?
As I have tested it with the Super, it worked.
I have had huge problems with Openport and Pimax EVO, It results in Headset Undetected alot! I have had Benson on remote looking at it. Apparently, an update for the Pimax EVO is coming that will have deeper logging, which might help identify the cause.
I believe Benson will forward the log to the dev team for further analysis.
