I just ordered Plan D with keeping the eye tracking discount :-). I also payed for Plan F a couple of weeks ago (itās now gone from the website) so I hope all is shipped together.

Great! It should be, or at least shipped simultanously in 2 boxes (the 8KX box is not made to include bundle. The bundle comes seperately in its own box)

How does the PVRE handle 6DoF tracking (HMD and controllers) if SteamVR is launched AFTER PVRE?
Does that mean the power management option of basestations in SteamVR needs to be disabled or is there a similar functionality directly within PiTool/PVRE?
The 2.0 basestations are definitely more quiet than version 1.0 but I have four of them and definitely need them to power down automatically when exiting VR.

Sorry if this has already been discussed. I am curious about this IPD wizard.
There has been lots of discussion about getting your IPD set correctly with some saying it is close IPD and some saying it is far IPD, etc. Then thereās all the offsets.
Would this wizard finally, once and for all, clear that all up and allow you to set it to the correct IPD that the headset requires for optimal use?
For me I know from and optician that my IPD is 70mm, though it was hard getting that info from them. Thereās no way of knowing what my far IPD would be.
To be comfortable I need it around 65mm with some offset but I still do not know if I am seeing 3D depth and world scale correctly.
It would be good if the wizard wasnāt just similar to the looking in the mirror with a ruler routine and more in tune of how the IPD should be calculated for the headset; lenses and so on.
On a similar note would it be possible to use the eye tracking module to calculate the IPD? It obviously couldnāt auto adjust it but it could measure it and you turn the knob until itās correct.

I have great hopes for the eye tracker and IPD settings. I am confident the Pimax engineers will come up with some solution. Those guys are great!
