You are the only ones from the waiting list who have not posted here yet.

I finally received my Kickstarter Addon single base station via Fedex International Express last weekend!
Before was in contact with quorra via PM who was more than helpful.
Will update the sheet as well (done #6553)

I got a tracking number thanks to your trick (the one on the sales order). But it seems the bases have been flying for 2 weeks by now. Wow, the airplane with the largest fuel deposit I´ve ever seen.

A spanish friend have just recieved his bases and paid 38€ for customs! I chose the “slow shippment option”, I don´t know what to expect.

So you have a China Post tracking ?
If yes has it moved from China yet ?

Otherwise you may ask support to check the current status of your package, if it is stuck/lost they may rearrange a new shipment with a better method than China Post as they already did for other people here (even if you have chosen the slow/free shipping method).

Yes and no.
@PimaxQuorra could you check the status of my parcel? It’s been “flying” I think for two weeks, I can send you the data by pv message.

I was in the same situation with a China Post tracking not indicating any package movement from China for weeks, and after Pimaxquorra has checked the package status they just decided to make another shipment with a better shipping method. I have received that new one very quickly, a few days after it was shipped from China :slight_smile:

So better ask support to check the status of your current China Post package as Pimax admitted those China Post shipments were causing issues:

We might be making progress. No I am not holding my breath.

Last December when I was trying to sort out exactly what the Pimax Days meant I was chatting with support about various options of giving up pledge items. I didn’t accept anything, was just trying to sort out what was going on.
I was suddenly sent a couple of coupons, one for a 5k+ RMA -> 8k+, and one for not getting a base station.

I didn’t ask for them and replied straight away that they had sent them without me wanting them, or accepting any offer. The coupons are basically a joke since they cannot stack, N coupons forces N Pimax purchases, it is at best just store credit, at worst a bit of a scam.
Anyway, it seems that was enough to start them just ignoring any more requests about my base station, as far as they were concerned I was using a coupon and not getting a base station at all.

Now that I have once again told them I didn’t want their coupon and will not be using it I am told the Base Station shipping is back in the queue. We shall see.

If the only hold up is the courier then there’s no reason why Pimax can’t give everyone who’s waiting their tracking numbers. After all, they must have all been shipped by now?

Strangely enough, right after Pimax Day in October? I contacted Pimax because of I was ready to give up my one LH for extra discount for me as a KS backer to buy 8KX, and been told that there are no plans for that, and that I’ll receive my LH as a backer soon.

LH stuck somewhere in China since 12 May is another story…

I have added you to the waiting list here, let us know when your case is solved.
So far Pimax has shipped again several base stations that were stuck/lost by China Post.

To speed up things you should PM pimaxquorra with your tracking number so he can ask the logistic team to check the status of your package and send a new one if needed.

Got my base last week (ticket for it Apr 7) and the 2 piece software sr#s yesterday. Seems they are working on it quite hard now. :smiley:

Yes, I have received those 2 steam keys yesterday too (kickstarter update received by mail).
Was about to create a ticket to request them, happy I won’t need to :smiley:
