After checking my tracking number with several websites they only tell me the shipping label was created on May 20th.
This means my base stations could have been shipped OR still not shipped and waiting for Pimax transfer between their warehouses (if this info is really true and they are not out of stock and unable to resupply…)
@PimaxQuorra Could you check your PM and try to find the location of my package as you did for MaxMan23 ?
It’s the purchase date but being US backwards puts it before yours! 
Have you checked your Junk mail folder? A lot of my emails from Pimax get delivered there.

You have replied to my PM where I have posted the tracking number and you said you will let me know the status of my package after checking with the logisitic team, so I guess you have written the above message before you find the PM with my tracking number ?
Still waiting for your answer from logistic team about my package current location. On my side the tracking number still gives me the same information on all tracking websites saying the label has been created on May 20th but no package location is given, so I don’t know if Pimax has sent my package already or just created a shipping label without sending anything.
I have just received a new tracking number for my 2 KS base stations.
This one is from fedex with a delivery planned by the next week (package still sent from China, SHENZHEN)
So most likely the previous May 20th tracking number from China Post was just a created label but with no package sent.
At least I have visibility now about when I should receive the 2 base stations from the 2017 kickstarter, and it should not take too long from now.
It is just sad backers have to fight to obtain the KS items and I hope this process won’t have to be repeated for the remaining rewards like the rigid audio strap.
I will continue to monitor this thread and update the list in the first post, at least until known people still waiting for their KS base station(s) get their case solved too.

Support won’t answer me, as usual.
Seems there are frequent delays through transit’s, my plan F was scheduled for delivery 3rd of June but delivered on 9th of June, so I guess expect delays through transits
Pre-orderer here finally received Plan F BS & controllers today in Brisbane, Australia with no notification or tracking number.
Pre-ordered 5K+ 27 Oct 2018, received 5K+ 3 Jun 2019, purchased upgrade Plan F 6 Mar 2020, rcvd Plan F 10 Jun 2020. So 18 months after purchasing, my order is finally fulfilled. What a frustrating journey. I feel sorry for backers who have waited even longer.

I have added a “solved cases list” in the first post, so when cases have been solved I drag names from the waiting list to the solved list instead of just deleting names.
Worth noting I didn’t opt for express shipping and Pimax shipped from SHENZHEN CN to Fedex in HK CN June 8. Shipped from HK this morrning.
I have my base stations in transit; should arrive tomorrow Shenzhen -> USA. Label was created Monday. Shipping 2 separate packages. I hope they work!

Last message I sent to know what was going on with my “reward” was the May 18 and I had reply to this on the June 9 (yes several weeks
