With all the suggestions and rightful complaints about quality etc. mentioned in this thread alone, I wonder if the Pimax decision makers in China are even reading this. Let alone making corrective changes.
So many people throughout the world had such high hopes of this upstart company. Yet the Pimax officials in China just didn’t get it what customers were trying to tell them. If they continue on this path, the company will only go in one direction. Downhill. So sad.
Why is what595654 comment flagged? It is related to topic, it is written in normal, even polite way. I might not agree with everything there but it is valid opinion and no reason to be flagged/hidden.
What is this forum turning into?
Can we have option to ignore flag status and show everything? I don’t like censorship and can draw my own conclusion. And this kind of behaviour - unreasonable hidding or even deleting posts - is just another reason why Pimax is creating problems for itself and my trust for them is constatnly wavering.
The post contains direct attacks on individuals. It is one thing to discuss the issues without directing blame.
However agreed at times we have had some misusing the flagging system.
I see nothing wrong with that post as what he said was very true! all one would need to do is check many post here!
It’s not the truthfulness (or not) that is the problem; it is the personal attacks. I would not have flagged the post, but I understand why it was flagged.
I understand for sure , but that same thinking should be apply to some other post here don’t you think?? ( Pepole who work for Pimax?) yes!
Which is why there is flagging system. A moderator/admin should not handle a flag that involves them directly.
Ie you flag a post of mine. Or I flag someone’s post. In these examples I shouldn’t invalidate or validate the flagged post.
That being said if you were to flag a mod/admin post; send a pm to a min of 2 or more other mods/admin with a link to post. If a member feels uncomfortable flagging a mod/admin post, then send a pm to 2 or more other mods/admin with link to post.
Attack seems like too strong of a word, for what I said. I wasn’t going after anyone. It was simply part of the conversation.
Was this an attack? Being non positive or neutral to the behavior or perceived skill level of individuals?
This should provoke debate rather than meet censorship. But I guess it’s a fine line.

If you had posted about me I wouldn’t take offense. But that is me. However your post centered out individuals when you could have just said management as a generalization.
You know certain folks are very sensitive even if they themselves can be quite toxic themselves.
Really? Being brutally honest about your companies abilities, and looking to get help isn’t constructive? Maybe they have never considered it. What if they did? What if they brought in someone with expertise about poor company culture, who came in and turned things around, and made the company better for everyone?
Pimax has had a product released since 2016, and they still maintain a bout the same quality in every aspect of their business. They have been saying for years, literally, that they will do better. I mean, at what point, do you take a step back, look at what you are, and ask yourself question, "Where is this company honestly at? Could we be doing better? Why are we not improving?

It does not appear, however, that Pimax has any problems with that.
