Bought this expensive Headset and to avoid taxes I had my son bring it to me from Spain to the Dominican Republic.Tried everything possible, uinstalled pimaxPlay and Evo and all related folders to not leave old remains. Unlugged USB to other ports, checked DP and changed it to another port of the video card (5080). Changed timing to 20 minutes so it does not go to sleep.The green light is always on, no screen, once or twice it showed Blue light but intermittent.Only once room with the Saturn space view but image flickered ! and could not work around to bring the screen back on.
so the green light means the headset is off, if its blue then the displays will be on. one things to try is make sure the PimaxXR is the once selected in the software. this was my problem at one point. this is the runtime… even if its shows pimax try setting it again.
another thing that made it not work… if you switch to EVO, make sure you have the developer tool “OFF” having it on will make the headset think it needs Soyboy or whatever that it. after i disabled the developertool option the headset came back on.
