Pimax 4k does not switch in 2560x1440 in PiTool

Through HDMI, the HMD does not turn on, the green indicator is constantly on (the HDMI port is working, the monitor works well).
I connected the HMD via the DP-> HDMI adapter and it turns on (blue indicator) but it only shows in 1920x1080, and when I try to switch it to 2560x1440 in PiTool the HMD is overloaded and does not show (green indicator)

How can this be fixed?

Not sure. However your headset should plug into Hdmi and your monitor into DP with adapter if need be.
