This is my first time I try to write in a forum… I hope someone see this post because it is very important
I tried to contact Pimax support, but never answered me during these weeks and I don’t know what to do
I would like to think that we, independently by our country and our native language, that we are all like friends, because we are the first ones to enjoy this incredible 2nd generation of VR headset, and I would like to ask you to help me, please, to understand one important thing about my payment.
Can some one tell me if it is normal that after more than one month my Pimax 5K+ with hand motion remains in AUTHORIZED instead of PAID please ?
My ONLY payment that is on PAID is the one made with my Postepay (that use Visa)
But the two made with my Paypal Evolution (that use Mastercard) (the card I mean, not the account Paypal) are on AUTHORIZED by many weeks and never become PAID
A payment gave me the money back and since it report 404 (error) (and on operation number is says 999999999999, so it failed) I had to put the money on the Postepay and buy with it, I was obliged to do that because the preorders were almost finished…
And those were the controllers
But the VR headset 5K+ remains on AUTHORIZED and they never gave me back all that money, if they made it I could have transfered also those money in the Postepay to buy that with that card, but I couldn’t because they never gave me back.
By PAYPAL EVOLUTION “invoice balance” it seems it was paid, in fact it has the operation number, but so WHY by this Pimax site it remains on AUTHORIZED and ONLY ONE is on PAID?
Nobody on Pimax answer me and I’m afraid it will arrives only the controllers to me.
I was one of the first ones to pre-order, but now I’m not sure that the VR arrives at home.
Does this problem happended to someone else of you too?
How can I ask confirm to Pimax ?

PS What does it means Fulfillment Status ?
Does it changes only after pimax arrives at home?
