My pc and emailadres got hacked but i have my email adres back and i want to change my password but i dont get the email to change it, can somebody help me with that?

I also asked last week on https://pimax.com if they want to change my email address and they did and I also changed my password but I can no longer log in to that website. I get the message Your account is not recognized and cannot login at this time. This happened before I got my email address back. I can click on forgot password and create a new password but then I go to the shopify website and not the pimax website. I also created a ticket on the pimax website last friday or saturday and explained my story but I still have not received an answer. I would also like to switch my pimax crystal super order to the ultrawide version?

Unfortunately no password resets or even new signups. Until pimax presumably pays the SMTP provider. No emails sent since sometime last year.
3rd time now pimax has not looked after their end of things with maintaining the mail server. Pretty sad to be honest. They also need to refresh the server with a newer LTS as this one is end of life.

Yes they were able to get a new mail server up and running. glad to hear things all fixed up on both sides.
