Hello! Today i’ve tried to play onward for the first time, unfortunately i cant bypass first welcome screen saying “welcome to onward”, players must press continue button but i see no controllers and buttons are not working as well.
Is anyone playing onward with pimax? Not sure if its a game or pimax software issue 
update: solved my deleting C:\ProgramData\pimax\runtime\config
I play onward with the Vive controllers and the pimax 5k +. No problems so far.
Which pitool version do you use?
Do you start it from steam?
Latest pitool, i’ve tried to repair them via steam or pitool, to reconnect, restart software, reinstall - nothing happens so far. Repairing has also set my controllers to ‘wands’ by default for all application, but didnt solved the issue.

I’ve tried to start it from desctop steam, steamvr home and pitool as well. no changes.
that sounds like you are using 1.0.0.180. That’s a beta version. I suggest you change to the current stable version (1.0.0.132)

ye same for me , index controllers dont work with the newest steam vr update
stable version (1.0.0.132) doesnt work either , not even in steam vr home -.-

Doesn’t sound like it tries to fix the missing controllers issue, but might be worth a try?
after reinstalling steam vr and cleaning all steam vr installation files it finally works now 
Indeed, i have manually deleted all steam configs and piplay config located at: C:\ProgramData\pimax\runtime\config
This solved all my issues with the latest beta pitool
