One of both controllers of my Pimax C. Light doesnt work anymore. At Pimax Play it shows as non activated. When I try charging it, a blue light is constantly lit. The other controller shows a green light on charging. My visor is only 4 months old. If it is a battery problem, can I replace it ?

Warranty repair, put in a Support Ticket! You will void any warranty if you open the controller to replace the battery.
They’ll usually send out a replacement first if they’re convinced it is badly broken. When you receive the replacement you send the bad one back to them. However, they may ask you to try some necessary, sometimes frustrating, steps which may ultimately result in you have to send the bad item first.
I sent a ticket and the reply was almost instantly, the fix was as easy as resetting the control to factory state
