I like only resolution & tracking tech from this brief specification.
again low FOV , no OLED, no hand montion , no fovated rendering/eye tracking
Their homepage showing different specs…
True, their site says 110 degree FOV , 2160x1200 per eye, 90 Hz Amoled.
Unless it has next gen OLED this is DOA. No controllers untill late next year. No steam tracking? What’s the point with the Valve HMD on the horizion?
Reminds me of the 3Glasses S1 Blubur announcement
Not per eye, it is the total Resolution…
Are you sure ? It says x2 panels at that resolution, at least this is what the google translate from Russian tells me…
Well…at least some nice competition from non US or Chinese company…sometimes Russian tech is exceptional quality.
Yeah that doesn’t look at all like 4k. Just apoears to be a Russian og htc vive equivilent. Be interesting to see how their laser tracking works. Did Heaney fall on his head? Cause if he did actual research it’s not the first 4k headset & if the russian site is accurate their headset is nothing he describes.
Not per eye overall
It says “overall resolution of 2160x1200”
That’s less than basic WMR total resolution, not very inviting at all
wont uprade my pimax 5k+ unless we see an oled( or microled), no sde, wireless, knuckle conroller, true 4k resolution with AR capabilities plus foveated rendering
Nope. FOV will be everything from now on. There’s no going back to 110 deg.
Im pretty sure they mean per eye resolution. Each eye has a total of. Why would they bother copying gen one lol. It’s not Soviet Russia
It’s not what it says though & beung ’s first headset gen1 would be impressive enough.
I want to hear more on their laser tracking system.
