I remember before when setting Crystal OG to supersampling in Pitool and SteamVR booth 1.00 (100%), then my resolution was 4312x5100.
Now is 4524x5100 ? Why?
PS:Now I use pimax Evo

This is Pimax EVO issue! I went back (clean install) to Pimax 1.43.7 - there resolution was as always 4312 × 5100.
In Pimax EVO my resolution on SS=1 is (again after clean install) about 4524x5100.
@PimaxQuorra Can you please check this?
Okay! I’ll take a look into this.
Any info about this? Why EVO has different Crystal OG resolution?
The testing team is currently investigating this.
Just to confirm, is your image quality setting set to Custom – 1.0, rather than the preset High setting?
The testing team has provided the results.
Using both EVO and Pimax Play 1.43.7, with image quality set to either Custom – 1.0 or High, the SteamVR resolution was 4312 × 5100.
I understand. Must be something on my system what do not like EVO.

For booth is same in pp 2.0…
That’s strange, did you try to reinstall the Pimax EVO?
Yes I did. Strange, if I go back to older Pimax play (1.43.7) then again I have standard resolution 4312 × 5100.
Only EVO with pimax play 2… have now 4452x5100.
Before reinstal was 4524x5100?
I did try messing with sboys3 driver, VectorX, and OpenXRToolkit a lot, but everything is reverted to original state.
Which version of EVO do you have installed?
EVO v1.0.1 with pimax play 2.0.2
I figured everything, somehow ChatGPT helped ![]()
I use always additional IPD correction +1,3mm per eye. In the past that change never influenced my horizontal resolution, but with latest EVO and PP 2.0.2 my IPD correction makes horizontal resolution bigger (exactly 40pixels per +1mm per eye).
Is that intentional? I do not like it, as it affects performance.
Ahhh, yes! How could I forget this…
Changing the offset also affects the resolution.
