I have an order placed directly with Pimax for the Lighthouse faceplate, and now see that the status of the product is still “Pre-Order” - I had thought that this product was already available. Is the Pre-Order status correct? If so, I will likely return my Crystal Super Ultrawide (Amazon order during the Pimax Summer Sale), as I am very wary of keeping a product that is not currently compatible with my Index controllers.
