It would be great if we could use this cameras for example for chaperone.
In theoey I don’t see why not. Though may need to figure out a Camera modul maybe pluged into a usb-c powered hub(ideal of more than 2 modules) plugged into the 2nd usb-c port.
The pimax hand modul is leap.
I was thinking about camera like that but leap could be enough for such task as chaprerone and we wont need additional attachment 
The Leap uses infrared so it needs to light its torch light upon things to make it visible. It basically works like a night vision goggle

It depends if leap is visible as camera for the system i guess.
It IS a camera. It just has an IR filter so it blocks normal light and only sees infrared
