Issue with incorrect display in UE5 VR Preview

I am currently looking to develop VR software in the following environment:
・Windows 11 Pro 24H2
・Unreal Engine 5.3.2
・Pimax Play 1.42.1
・Pimax Crystal Light
However, when attempting VR preview, the correct screen does not display.

Below are the tests I have performed:
・All standard settings required for VR use are configured
・All software except UE and Pimax Play is closed during testing
・Using a different HMD (VIVE Pro) in the same environment displayed correctly
・When setting the OpenXR runtime to SteamVR, a 2D screen appears in front of me, with an upside-down 2D screen behind it
・When the OpenXR runtime is set to Pimax, a 2D screen appears in front of the eyes
・After the 2D screen appears, attempting to exit the preview takes a long time (1-2 minutes)
・When asked if there is an SDK for UE5, support stated it is under development

Regarding the UE5 version, due to circumstances, we cannot use a version newer than 5.3.2. Furthermore, due to project constraints, we cannot revert the version, so changing the version is not possible.

I apologize for the length, but I’m in a very difficult situation. Could someone please help?

I suggest submitting a support ticket through Pimax Play. Our developers will then get in touch with you to help resolve the issue.
