I am very happy with my Pimax Crystal Light running MSFS 2020/24, but now I want to watch contents in VR. I can enter my desktop and watch contents at a big flat screen, but cannot run them in VR mode, what do I need to get that ?
Try Bigscreen its what i use to watch 3d stuff
Try Whirligig. Its highly configurable and suits any content format. I use it for years now.

The “contents” already must be in a 3D format such as SBS (side by side), OU (over under) or Anaglyph (red green). I use Whirlygig to view my videos.
You’re going to have to “rip” movies from BluRay 3D disks you own to see them in all their 3D glory unless you can find a decent BluRay 3D disk player/viewer for your setup.
I like to use 2D to 3D converters to see what some of my old 2D BluRay movies or even just regular YouTube videos might look like in VR and while not truly 3D the results are often not disappointing either and sometimes impressive even (YMMV though).
For me the best VR player for now is DeoVR they have lot of content and really good quality most in up to 8k.. at the beginning they where really bad but now by far the best choice..
