How to determine 8XX Revision

Pimax has revised the 8XX hardware and newer revisions seem to be better as serveral YouTubers have reported.
Is there a way to determine the hardware revision without opening the headset?
What the minimum revision fixing the issues?

Unfortunately you need to plug it in to see if it is fw 2001. Otherwise if purchasing from pimax the DMAS 8kX is the revised one and KDMAS 8kX kit original.
