If you login on the Pimax website you can see your order status there - it doesn’t make exciting viewing though!

Your order status is not shipped, won’t ship for quite some time, probably a few months at least.

Since you’ve joined this fine forum now, I suggest you look around. There’s quite a lot of information here about delays and estimated start of shipments etc.
But the short version is this: the first 8KXs will be ready for testing on April 2nd. If all goes well they’ll start mass production soon after.
Rumour has it that a new official update is coming this week.

In the email you when you ordered the 8kx there should be a link to view your order status.
For me it was sent from: ecommerce@pimaxvr.com
