Eyetracking randomly stops working

Like in the title. I can even hear the sound of disconnected usb device. The workaround is to unset/set “Eye tracking” option in the PiClient, but hey..being in the middle of DCS session is not a very comfortable moment for that.

I have opened the ticket but support couldn’t help me much (wierd as I checked logs myself and clearly see the device dies at some points throwing errors…but I guess devs have much more work with Dream Air and Super…aa naa forgot Super is already dead :D)

I have also chceck if the Windows11 sets power saving option - in fact, it did, but disabling it didn’t help.

I’m having this issue since ~Sepetmeber 2025, tried to downgrade the PiClient but it didn’t help - Maybe downgrading the firmware could help, but I didn’t find any old FW to download (like it is with PiClient)

So, guys any hints?

Could you share the ticket# with me?

Hi the ticket number is #122605.

Okay.

Have you received any further assistance from our tech team? I left them a note earlier to follow up with you.

so this has been happening with my Dream Air. Disconnect tone in windows, device manager shows a Usb hub device failure under device ID I get this: USB\VID_05E3&PID_0608\a&21a37d55&0&3 or this usb.inf_amd64_a10c4ca0f120b7f5 (sorry these are the only things I have as it was in my search history). Eye tracking is gone, can’t calibrate as it’s not functioning. Only fix for me is to disable eye tracking in PP, then re-enable. Next time this happens I’ll throw in a log

Yes, please. The best approach is to submit a support ticket and upload the log files there, so our developers can be brought in to investigate the issue.
