If you are using Pimax Play v2.0.2 and encountering eye-tracking calibration issues on the Dream Air SE, please download and install the following workaround package:

This package will temporarily resolve the eye-tracking calibration issue.

Please note that this is a temporary workaround. The fix will be included in the next official Pimax Play update. Once the new patch is released, please update to the latest version to receive the permanent fix.

Would this work if you are using Pimax Evo?

No, this is only for Pimax Play v2.0.2.

Just open Command Prompt as Administrator, type Services.msc and find the Tobii Service, stop and start it, and then go back to recalibrate eye tracking, confirmed working for a number of users (inlcuding me!)
