I really don’t understand what is going on. I pre-ordered the DA LH in June 2025, paid half in October and the rest in January this year. I then received an email saying that my DA LH was in production on March 16th along with many others who ordered/pre-ordered around the same time. Two months on and I have received no update.
However, many customers who placed orders this year have received emails saying that there headsets have completed production and being shipped. Now, don’t get me wrong I’m happy for them as I would be, but, what about all of us who invested our money long before still waiting for an update? It’s uttertly ridiculous.
I have raised this with customer support who replied saying that there was a problem with parts etc and that my DA SLAM would be delivered in May-June. I haven’t even ordered a SLAM version!
Their attention to detail is shocking. Do they not investigate these issues and instead send a generic email hoping it placates the customer?
I have twice been sent a Super OLED by mistake. I used both units for the 14 day trial period before returning. Although the unit is too big for me personally the visuals were amazing thus I have stuck with my DA order instead of cancelling.
I have to say that if Pimax had any inkling into what customer service is really like, they should send out the DA LH to all of those who have been waiting the longest direct to their door step. We don’t deserve to have to wait even longer for it to be shipped for 3-4 weeks aftyer much more recent orders have received theres. Any decent company would pick up on this and put things right.
I have to ask myself, are Pimax prioritizing by country/region?

Looking at the spread sheet for DA LH orders, why are orders going back to May 2025 still being unfulfilled whilst orders placed in March 2026 have been delivered? What is going on?
Does the spreadsheet also list orders by region?
Within your own region for sure order que should be observered.
Only annoying thing I find with pimax is the constant address verification.
I will say though rega dkess of company; it is best to avoid pre ordering. And unfortunately pimax has not had favourable history with Pre orders going well.
The spreadsheet is updated by the individual. Often with these types of community trackers once someone receives their order they get lazy and they dont go and update their spot in the sheet. So you end up with gaps. Not saying this is 100% the case, but its highly likely that’s what’s going on there for most of those “unfulfilled“ gaps.

I agree but I’m not the only one who has heard nothing since March 16th. I have now been waiting for Pimax get back to me for three days after I responded to them on my support ticket.
I asked them why new orders being shipped before older orders that were in production, why they seem to think I have ordered a DA SLAM when my order clearly says DA LH and why am I getting no updates.
Is it all a big lie and Pimax haven’t produced the quantity of headsets them claim to have. I think 3 days for a response is pretty damn poor, I can only guess that they are burying their heads in the sand hoping it will go away.

Now that weekend is over hopefully @PimaxQuorra can look into this. They really need to get much better organized.
