Otherwise they would be able to dispatch the OLED modules. I made a mistake to sell the Super, I dont think I will see my Dream Air in near future. The 2D strap workaround and so on is just something top excuse themselves…
I think the problem is that the delivery estimates are very vague. It would help if the time line included dates of pre-orders and orders where customers could easily gauge where they are in the queue. It would be a transparent and positive step forward in customer trust. Some people will be dissapointed I’m sure but if they are given a definitive answer it is something they can aim for.
The worst thing is excuses for shipping being delayed following shipping updates time and time again. You need to be honest and realistic with customers.
Thanks @PimaxQuorra but this tells me nothing. I’d like a date or (definitive range) of when it will ship. Not a blue bar that changes in opacity. Pimax can do better after taking $3k from me.
Can you point me to them? I’ve been scrolling pimax reddit and can’t even find a single review, apart from the youtubers etc. If there exist any, they’ve taken good care to hide them LOL
We’ll have a clearer picture once the logistics team has finalized the list. So far, I’ve seen around 200 users on the list, though I haven’t checked those order dates yet.
I’m not sure if I’m allowed to share those numbers yet since they come from the logistics team, but I’ll see what I can do. If I’m not mistaken, users should receivec email confirming that their headsets are currently in production, along with a request to verify their shipping address.
