Hi. Just a quick question. You say you are the last 8k backer…without being specific what backer number are you? I got on late to the campaign and am backer number 61**. So I was just wondering how many people will be behind me. Cheers

I think you don’t have to worry about performance since your one of the last backers. There is a good chance by the time you get it the performance will probably be improved enough for you to be able to play it on your 1080.
Please, everyone: Take a deep breath, count to 10, whatever works, and let’s not engage in personal attacks, before things get out of hand.

Lol…indeed…I was under the impression I was one of the last. To be honest I’m relieved I’m not an early backer as we have the luxury of another possible 6000 reviews before we make our decision

That’s the fun part backers do have the option to delay receiving though most I suspect won’t. Wirh wanting to have it for so long.
I am hoping more backers might want to meetup on their own that are okay with meeting up & compare the 2 headsets for folks whom are still on the fence as to which to choose.
In this light a 5k+ receiver might decide the 8k is better for them & vice versa. Swap headsets & pay the $100 to the other.
This is where possible we can help each other as a community free of people pressuring to follow their preference.
Of course we can’t expect folks to do this if uncomfortable with the idea.

I though about and related to my hardware I will definitely going to a 5+ because for same performance the 8K need too much investment.
