I remember Richie’s Plank on the Vive, it was my first ever VR experience, not wanting to step outside. ROFL
It was only after 15 mins. or so till i dared. And tell you what? Iḿ a little less afraid of heights since then!

when i watch the wonderful videos made by Sweviver I wonder: are the testers robots? No emotions. For that they test a very next gen headset…

I wonder if us 8K-X backers can select to have a 5K+ loaner rather than the 8K?
However will be waiting until the 16th before deciding anything. Super excited though!
P.S. echoing the big thanks to the testers - you’ve done us backers and the wider VR community an immeasurable favour with pushing through the improvements and helping ensure the Berlin event was a turning point for the online attitude towards the project.

It’s interesting because children in every culture are quite expressive and emotional, in German culture at some point is it considered immature to be expressive? Sweviver is the most animated person present.

This is true, we had no communication from pimax at all this week, even when @deletedpimaxrep1 said watch your mailboxes…still nothing! Very bizarre!
The testers and backers have done a great job getting us some good feedback!

I know, i am a expressive guy myself, too. I do often monthly shopping in Germany and never ever see a bright face there. But if you get to know one in person, things are very different, they are polite, hospitable and certainly have humor. But not outside it seems. I could not live there because of this. But as always, when living there, the way you look at it, will certainly change a bit.
Those cultural differences keep me interested in people all over the world anyway.

It’s interesting now seeing more people side with the 8K over the 5K+. Making my decision a little easier to stay with the 8K then as a 2080Ti user.
