Good idea, but why testers should send one of their units? One of the HMDs used for the demos could be sent to Spain instead.

@SweViver are all these demos being run at 1.0SS? so 1080ti runs 5k+ @ 90fps 1.0SS?

Another possibility would be what you’re saying.
They would be two different ways to speed up the times before September 16th.
From Germany to Spain it would only take a couple of days.

Yes they should have brought an additional unit with them.
They might be able to send a set to the spanish testers from Germany depending on plans for after the meet ends. I do hope either way they expedite a set to them. Best case if shipped Monday could be there in 7 days if logistics cooperate.
Now an interesting option if 1 of the spanish team ordered a 5k+ they could ship 2 units them to also try to ensure receive hopefully at least a week prior to the 16th.

Its all ED geeks when will you find someone into simracing? I would like to know how it performs in assetto… fed up with ED reviews now

Also here is my theory on getting 8k over 5k+… could you not run 8k slightly lower on SS but still match frame rate of 5k this way and have luxury of upgrading graphics card one day and you gave the more superior unit in technical terms?

The logistics in Europe between Germany and Spain could not be more than 3 days.
And so they evaluate both 8k and 5k+ units well before day 16.
It would be good for all sponsors to have an opinion as reliable and complete as the one usually made by this group of Spanish tester
I’m sure the whole community would benefit, we’re all in the same boat trying to improve the units.
And that’s what we all really need after a long wait on this project

And I don’t disagree. But a Tester needed give up theirs.
If they don’t need the headsets brought with them for another demo elsewhere they might be able to ship a set from Germany (hence should have brought an extra set) but they may have some non backer private demos scheduled for after Berlin.
No real idea on situation.

Lol, try to stay polite, but i really do feel the same about the damn ED thing hahaha! Apparently there are a lot of people only playing this game for years on. And i have nothing against that. It’s just… people are all different, so to say.
Some real action would be great because that is where i want the Pimax for 
So again some different experiences would be appreciated. On the other hand, it’s the testers, that chose what to test.

Has a chance other people who test the 8k can understand that it is 5k+?
I am surprise about this too because there is only 1 pimax 8k in the booth list which I have listed today, but in the reddit tell that there are 2 pimax 8k while other one have some wrong config.
I worried that someone who test real pimax 5k+ will see sde while other one who misunderstand will think that it is 5k+ and no sde anymore.

Not agreed, not necessary. Wait as others bakers for your 8K or 5K unit by number. All seems good.
