I contacted Pimax staff 2 days ago through message on the forum and also support via email and I didnt get an update on the status of my 5K Plus Im backer 6633 there is no sign of a tracking number no reply from Pimax staff or email support. Obviously my HMD wont be delivered this week because it is Friday but can I get some update just to know whats going on for myself and other backers who dont know what the situation is with our delivery?

Yeah Im sure we wont have to wait much longer I dont have a problem waiting another week but the lack of a response makes the wait a bit harder I just hope we get some sort of update this week just to know whats going on with our HMDs

yeah i know what you mean i too await mine and the none contact has been the worse part but we are in the final furlong so to speak now i do believe lol

When they came back from CNY they had about 1500 support tickets waiting on them. I think there are only a handful of them to reply to tickets
