Hello, would it be possible to get the automatic interpupillary distance (IPD) adjustment working, please?
In that case, it would have been wiser to use a manual IPD
adjustment, which would have lowered the product’s cost and likely reduced its weight.
We paid for a headset that includes this feature. If the issue isn’t going to be resolved, shouldn’t we get a refund proportional to the cost of this non-functional feature? Viewed in that light, it feels a bit like a scam
That’s just my opinion; I might not be the only one who feels this way.
