I had to make a ticket to get mine, nothing was showing on my account. Took a couple of days to get the code.
They sent my coupon a few weeks ago.
Yeah, nothing shows in my account either. I had to make a new account recently at the backer store. The backer store doesn’t acknowledge or say anything thing about me being a backer of the 8K-X either. Is this normal? In my opinion, there should be somewhere where we can punch in our backer number as well as our address, and the backer website shows that we have ordered and backed the 8K-X(or whatever product we backed), as well as show the status of our shipment. Don’t you agree?
Go to your newly made account/profile/edit you should be able to fill in the backer number.

i’d guess in most cases it worked, my eye tracking coupon was there on the day the 1st batch was available, as i had problems to log into my account i cant say how long it was there, the password reset did not work a few days before the eye tracker launch (pimax had email problems) but it did a few hours before the launch so i was able to try to order (got one in the cart but ended up with error 500 and did the order a few days later, order and payment confirmed now)
If your backer buy is not under order you need to send a ticket to get them to fix it, it is there the code for eye-tracking is.
Nope, there is no Backer Number field in my edit profile page at all. Do the rest of you guys have one?
I don’t, in fact after creating a ticket to get it linked up support emailed me to tell me they had no record of me being a backer - I had to ping @PimaxQuorra to get them to even remember who I was, account still isn’t linked up yet either
If you dont have it under order you need to send a ticket to Pimax and they will fix it, write what backer number you have to them.
You say this like it’s straightforward, but I have had a ticket open for a few weeks now and no closer to resolution of this issue.
Did send in a ticket at the 8july and did get a answer 9july that they had merged my 2 account and when I checked i had my backer order under Order and also my code for eye-tracking under my backer order.
I’ve had a ticket open more than 2 weeks and then 3 days ago they responded to tell me I wasn’t even a backer - I had to get pimaxquorra to confirm that wasnt true, but they still havent merged my backer details on to my store account
They should not have allowed to sell backer accounts, that mess thing up alot.

You may need to use the KS email address to login to the backer.pimaxvr.com to get the discount code and other KS information.
If you did this, we will merge the information into it.

when i made my account I used my ks email address and the website allowed me to create the account but there was no record of me being a backer
